Background audio and speakers
Two separate controls
Section titled “Two separate controls”Original volume changes the entire source audio track. Preserving background music without the original speech requires a separately processed background track. Lowering original volume alone cannot isolate music.
Use a prepared background track
Section titled “Use a prepared background track”- Open the video and check whether background processing is available.
- A background track and detected speakers must finish processing before these controls can use them. Automatic background processing from Play and completion email are not enabled in this release. A subtitle-optimization notification and a background-audio notification describe separate jobs; one does not mean that the other is ready.
- Turn on bgm and set Orig.Vol to zero to hear the prepared background with translated speech instead of the source speech.
Assign speaker voices
Section titled “Assign speaker voices”When speaker identification is available for a video, open the speaker controls and choose a voice for each detected speaker. The speaker list follows the order in which speakers first appear in the video. Assign a distinct voice to each speaker, then compare several turns in the conversation before saving. These controls require processed speaker data; they cannot create it on their own.
